Report: Apple’s iTunes Movies and iBooks Store Shutdown by Chinese Regulator

Its no secret that the Chinese government is very protective of its local companies. The country has always favored its local brands over international companies, which can be seen from its strict regulatory polices and other limitations that it imposes on foreign companies doing business in the country. This has prevented most companies from making major inroads into the Chinese market.
