Apple’s First Original TV Series Is about the App Economy

It has long been rumored that Apple will be producing original content in-house for iTunes, just like Netflix. Now, the company has made its plans on this matter official, as it today announced that it is working with Will.i.am and TV executives Ben Silverman and Howard T. Owens on a new TV series to highlight the app economy.
