LSBattery is a new tweak from cydia that displays the percentage of remaining battery inside lock screen on your iphone, Tweak offers three different ways to trigger display of the battery in lock screen.
The first allows the clock to replace the lock screen, usually displayed at the top, the percentage remaining on the battery. If you do not like this type of solution, you can opt for the inclusion of the percentage within the “Slide to unlock” or you can choose to permanently display the battery icon that is displayed when the native iPhone is charging.
