In the past week at some point, the evad3rs team released an evasi0n7 update, so the jailbreak tool is now at version 1.0.8. The change log says that the software is now compatible with iOS 7 11A466 build.

11A466 is essentially a factory build of the iOS 7 firmware that shipped on some of the iPhone 5c and 5s handset units (it’s not there to download). And those who owned these devices were having issues with the jailbreak, until now.
JailbreakQA has a relevant post:

“I got my jailbroken iPhone 5s exchanged due to water damage and when I got my new iPhone 5s it came with the IOS 7.0 build (11A66) so I tried to jailbreak it and Evasion “this ios version is not supported” I tried with with vers 1.0.7 and 1.0.0. Whats going on? Was that build never supported? I can’t update because of the new IOS 7.1.”

It appears as if some users were using a workaround to have success with jailbreaking; it consisted of hex-editing the executable file for evasi0n7, but the new update makes the jailbreak possible with just a single click of a button.

So if you, or any of your peer, owns an iPhone running iOS 7.0 build 11A466, use evasi0n7 1.0.8 for the jailbreak.

For the new iOS 7.1 firmware, there is no jailbreak available, and there’s no word on jailbreaking teams working on one, so far.
