One of the interesting ones is health monitoring, with the iWatch being the center of attention around it. The iOS 8 (not announced yet) is also being rumored to include an app that can do health tracking over a period, but no exact prediction can be given at this point.
San Francisco Chronicle comes out with new details – the publication says that Apple is also planning to enter the automobile market apart from the health market.
The publication says in case of health monitoring that Apple is working with Tomlinson Holman, a famous audio engineer and the man who mad THX standard. He is said to be working on a technology that would allow Apple users to monitor risk of a heart attack based on the sound from their blood flow. What’s more interesting is that Apple has had meetings with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
The source also claims that Apple is testing automotive: the company is already making efforts to make iDevices more compatible with cars, and the Chronicle says that Telsa CEO Elon Musk met with Apple’s Adrian Percia last year in spring. Close ties with car companies make sense, but would be too early to call Apple entering car market.
