So, if you are on iOS 5.0.1, hurry up and downgrade to iOS 5. Also, if you are on build 9A406, downgrade to 9A405 while Apple is still signing both.
He also noted that the iPhone Dev Team will release an untethered jailbreak for iOS 5 as well as iOS 5.0.1. A4 devices, namingly iPhone 4, iPad 1 and iPod Touch, currently support only iOS 5.0.1 untethered jailbreak.
